The best experience!
I called in and the appointment was setup in a timely matter. The staff was welcoming and took care of me quickly. Dr. Billiot came in and treated me so well and with knowledge. I feel confident in trusting Dr. Billiot and her staff with my dental care!

Dr. Billiot would recommend unnecessary work. She recommended 9 of my daughter's teeth needed to be fixed. I took her to another dentist and only one of the teeth really needed work. After 2 years, her other teeth still do not have problem.

Terrible dentist! Did unnecessary work on a family member that caused her months of agonizing pain, loss of work and lots of money. Dr. Billiot did unnecessary work on several teeth which ended up needing lots of dental work from another dentist - root canals, crowns and loss of one tooth. Please save yourself the the time, money and agony and go to another dentist. This dentist shouldn't even be allowed to practice.

Dr. Billiot is the kindest, most thorough, and most prompt dentist that I've ever visited. An emergency veneer repair prompted an initial visit to Dr. Billiot. (Shaw had no openings.) She was able to fit me in the very next day to repair it. 4 days ago, she removed an infected wisdom tooth. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt absolutely no pain at all (I require much more anesthetic than most), explained each & every step, showed me the infection, and thoroughly explained after-care.

As long time patrons of this particular office, my family and I have always enjoyed the staff, former dentist, and the dentist in partnership with Dr. Billiott. We, as well as everyone else we know, find her to be impersonal and downright rude if she feels you are 'beneath' her, or not following the 'dental bible' to a tee. (Perhaps ask me why I'm forgoing x-rays this time around and intentionally chastise me in front of the hygienist and other clients). Never again.
