I lost a tooth due to Dr Ruvins' negligence. He missed a large cavity at the regular check-up that resulted in having a root-canal and crown done just two months after the check-up!! I still have chronic pain with that tooth and lost trust in all dentists (not fair to all dentists, but a reflection of how emotionally traumatic that whole experience was for me). I would never recommend this practice to anyone. In 2015-2017 (I left it in 2017) it was very hard to schedule a regular cleaning -- they did not have a permanent hygienist on staff and one had to be proactively calling the office to catch a day when a temp would be working. What a mistake to sticking out with that practice for so long!
