Dr. Edward Mucha, DDS

I’ve only referred him privately to Friends and family because I did not want to share to the general public how good he was. He is meticulous. Does his own cleanings. I just had a crown redone after at least a decade because some decay got under there and that was probably my fault. He took extra time to make sure it was perfect preparation. He even struggled over the color matching and I’m just an old guy. For the longest time haven’t taken Novacaine for fillings. Once he explained to me that the pain I felt was just the heat getting to the nerve. I wasn’t worried about it. He understands that I have a reasonable pain threshold He just backs off when I need him to and it’s fine. It saves us both time. Now He does use Novacaine for the crowns because that’s a little bit more extensive. I never have pain issues with him. I have several other crowns that have lasted for decades in good shape.

This happened a few years ago but the pain is unbearable! I have insurance through the state and a lot of people don’t want to accept it. So after like 10 years with them and going to Dr Kate fresh out of school I’m glad they gave me the option to continue with her cause they were no longer taking my insurance. Since she needed clients I went to her for years! Great person! Well needed a root canal and had done at dental school and scheduled the cap with Dr Kate in 2 months was when she could take me! Only their office and the dental school could do the work according to my insurance! For 2 months I wasn't informed till 2 days before it wasn’t approved,dental school couldn’t take me for 3 months! So I called insurance and was told they were not filling the forms out correctly cause Dr Mucha didn’t think his daughter wasn’t getting paid enough! I wish I would have been informed that if something important comes up they weren’t gonna do it! I wouldn’t have a very painful gaping hole!

Been a long time patient. Missed an appointment because they changed my original appointment time! And... he had the nerve to charge me $50.00 0f my hard earned money! Times have changed. Everyone is greedy including Dr Mucha!

I have been seeing Dr. Kate for 2 years now and could not be happier with my experience at this practice. She is a joy to see, listens to all of my concerns and has great suggestions. I used to dread going to the dentist, and my time spent at this office is completely stress-free. I would 100% recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Mucha and his daughter Dr. Kate, as well as staff was Awesome! They listened to my worries and needs, and together made a game plan to fix the mess my previous Dentist did to my teeth! They took thier time, and didnt rush me! As they explained what they were doing making sure i was ok and comfortable while working on my teeth! So kind, gentle, compassionate and professional! I love Mucha Dentistry and had an amazing experience!! I recommend them! You wont be disappointed!!
