STAY AWAY! Price gouging at its best. Wanted to do $1800 in services that were NOT needed. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. New dentist said she had NO idea why Dr McDonald said I needed all the work he wanted to do. Staff is unorganized.

I have been milked for dollars on unnecessary service and service never received. No returned phone calls, promises never kept. He has had more Office Managers than I can shake a stick at. No stars here and I am out $2000 and nothing to show for it.

If I could use zero stars,I would!!!!! Be warned! Ver$y incompetent Dentist! Shady staff and downright bad experience! They will bill your insurance, collect your payment for service, then avoid providong the treatment at all cost. You will show up, they'll snap an x ray and give a shady excuse why the treatment needs to be postponed. After 4 appointments, I asked for a refund, the response is a bunchnof empty promises for a refund that never gets proccessed, its beena year, stay away! Thiev
