Crowns he put in lasted 39.5 years
Fixed a front tooth for my daughter that another Potosi Dentist (Vilmer) messed up and in the same day.

Staff is courteous. Dentist is unacceptable. After switching to a different dentist I realized the mistake I had made taking my family to Dr. Lake. My family's teeth issues were overlooked by him for so long, now there are devastating problems. Multiple family members switched to new dentist and shown clearly what the issues were and what it led to. Is literally going to take several thousands of dollars to fix.
