He should spend less time focusing on bragging about what a great dentist he is and more time focusing on what he's doing. To say I'm dissatisfied would be an understatement. He and his assistant will tell you whatever they have to "close the deal". It takes a good dentist and decent person to be honest and not take your money knowing they are unable to give you what you're asking for.
