Service just doesn't get any better than this. Excellent friendly staff, exceptionally clean cozy office with modern technology. Dr. Grubaugh really makes you feel welcomed and like family. If I could give 5 million stars, I would!

Dr. Grubaugh + team provided my adult Invisalign treatment. I loved the ease of getting in/out of the office for early/late appointments, as well as how the Doctor and the Clinical Staff explained their methods and my progress--every step of the way. I highly recommend Grubaugh Orthodontics for adult treatment, as well as youth. I continue to receive countless compliments on my new (and improved) smile!

Run don't walk away from this office! The treatment coordinator is over the top and pushy, the Dr. has zero personality. The front desk staff is nice enough, but they are to busy chatting away to actually do their jobs. There is only one assistant who knows what shes doing. All of the community service is nice, but it seems like they do it for the recognition. You can do something nice with out having it all over Facebook and the news.

Dr. Grubaugh and his staff are amazing! Marsha is great at welcoming new patients and explaining the process. The atmosphere in the office is friendly and relaxing. Dr. Grubaugh was thorough in explaining the orthodontic options for my kids. The office is appealing for kids with many gadgets, books and games. Fun incentives are offered for healthy dental habits. Appointments are easy to make, and up to date technology is available to make the process easier for busy parents.

I moved my girls here this past fall. All I can say is WOW!!! Everyone is fabulous. Dr. Grubaugh, his staff, everyone you come into contact with is friendly, helpful and make you and your children feel welcome and well taken care of. The new office is gorgeous and I know my girls are always getting the best care and treatment! This is the place to be! We could not be happier or more satisfied!!!!

The staff is fast and friendly. The facility is clean, comfortable and inviting. I have always received friendly and professional treatment whenever I interact with the staff. I am very satisfied with the treatment both of my sons' received. I would highly recommend Grubough Orthodontics to anyone.

Everything about Dr. Grubaugh and his office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Grubaugh has a great bedside manner and my kids actually love to go to his office. They offer evening hours, unlike the other orthos in the area. Prices are comparable to others in the area as well.

Dr Grubaugh seems to be reasonable but his treatment coordinator is irrational & out of control & by extension his office manager who only cares to hear what she has to say, not the patient. If Dr Grubaugh continues to let her/them run his office, he will lose a good deal of business. Just one word to another practice about my 'experience' there & they'd already heard all about her. That speaks volumes about what goes on there on a regular basis.
*Everyone else there 'seems' very friendly
