Dr. Edward Cligher, DDS

I asked Dr. Cliger to explain my treatment plan and he got very testy with me. My wife asked to be numbed for her cleaning and Dr. Cliger not only refused but he was very nasty about it, refusing to comfort a patient us nasty and in contravention to the oath all doctors swear by 'to do no harm' moreover, I wound up needing a deep cleaning and they completely disregarded this and gave me a regular cleaning. I then called his office a few days later requesting an estimate of my insurance benefits and the receptionist said they decided not to treat me. Despite this minor inconvenience they did me a great favor, believe when I say this!!!!

Rude. Disrespectful uncourteous and unprofessional office manager.

Huge waste of time. They are very aggressive insurance money grabbers. I'm 40 years old with no single bad teeth. All I need is frequent cleanings. This has been the same for the last 9-10 years. I went there because they showed up in my insurance search. They obnoxiously refuse to provide cleaning service unless I agree to have more expensive and unnecessary procedures for getting more money from the insurance. I asked for unpaid time off from my boss to go to this dentist office. They wasted my time and money. I haven't seen such aggressive sales policy even in gentleman's club in Times Square, New York.
