As one of his customers for years my last experience was very hurtful, Dr Chappell made an upper plate for me which did not fit my mouth, he had pulled a tooth and the plate I had prior had that space missing, I was very disturbed and his comment was "he did not have much too work with". I went to another dentist to get the tooth replaced on the original plate. After paying $900. Plus for a plate I have not been able to use, 2 other dentist have told me, the plate was not mine. Very disappointed
