Appointment was very rushed. None of the new equipment was explained to me and I was very surprised. Very little conversation. He said he was in a hurry and would take care of the rest at a later date.
Did not receive an itemized bill and called to have it emailed to me - still waiting. Considering changing dentists.

After three years of looking for a dentist, I followed the reviews and made an appointment with Dr. Akeel at Dentistry by Design. I was quite tense the day of my visit but was immediately put at ease with the quiet and calm of the office and efficient staff. Dr. Akeel restored my faith in the profession when he advised practical remedies that would not cost me a fortune and fixed a nagging problem tooth on the spot. I would highly recommend his services.

Not afraid of the dentist anymore. Dr Akeel and his staff make you feel like part of their family. Not only a superb dentist but personality plus. Never short changed on time necessary to complete a procedure.

Just had an incredible experience at Dr. Akeel's office. His front desk staff was quick to find me an appointment at the last minute and upon my arrival extremely attentive and helpful with insurance questions. My cleaning with Cheryl was fantastic, she explained everything and took the time to offer some advice as well as extra time to remove some hard to remove stains and showed me photos of my teeth while explaining the potential causes.
