Inconsiderate and rude staff. Made an appointment and they failed to call and inform us that they were no longer accepting new United patients despite having two phone numbers to contact us at. Front desk staff were rude in conversation even though we had done nothing wrong. We asked to have a message relayed to Dr. Nguyen and the female at the front desk refused to and answered for Dr. Nguyen even after our insistence that the message be relayed to the doctor.

Approximately one year ago I had the opportunity to visit Dr. Nguyen as a patient. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and personality. He tended to my needs and did not try to sell me on services that I didn't need. He went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met and personally intervened when there were administrative issues that needed clarification. I fully trust this gentleman and continue to avail myself of his services. He's really a 'nice guy'.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for nearly 10 years for annual checkups and x-rays thinking he would check my mouth for tooth issues and any gum issues that should be addressed. I found out he suffers severely on these things recently when I had some gum issues and went to a periodontist. It seems that the Dr. did not notice I had been losing jaw bone over the years, or that I had a gum infection and two loose teeth. I would not put my dental care in his hands in the least!!!
