Dr. Dung Nguyen, DDS

Was a scheduled wisdom tooth extraction. Hardly felt needles for pain. Knew a tooth was leaving my head but felt nothing. Went 10 times better than anticipated. Dr. Nguyen and staff are outstanding which is why I drive an hour for all visits.

Terrible! Takes pleasure in seeing patients suffer, horrible bedside manner, very rough with his injections, doesn’t listen to his patients, has messed up many crowns in my mouth and will not fix the work he did (I have open margins on these crowns and some are brand new). And if you have pain, don’t tell him! He will tell you, that you either have Psychological problems, or you are a Hypochondriac! He seriously did this! (Even after other opinions from other specialists)! I would just like to end this by saying, who has the money to fake pain, or who in the world wants to have dental work done?? NOT ME! Find another dentist. He wants to retire, and sadly, it shows! *You should know too, that the office staff is great!

Bad. No confidence level at all. I had to go 3-4 times for each services I have done with his and with other dentist. They changed after 1-2 years because of his staff didn’t claim correctly. So horrible

Dr Nguyen just saved me over $1,000 by telling me I did not need to have gum surgery for him to do a crown. The surgery was to be performed at another practice specializing in that kind of procedure. I have been going to Dr Nguyen's practice for over 10 years and never ever had a concern or problem with him or Dr Massi taking care of my teeth. The staff there are also very friendly and experienced.
