Dr. Dung Mai, DDS

After being a patient of DR. DUNG MAI for over four years I discovered that she had been fraudulently (in my opinion) charging me 100% out of pocket for all her services instead of using my Cigna insurance. During this time period that cost me over $1000 that should have been paid for by my dental insurance. When I confronted her, she lied to me and told me my insurance didn't cover the procedures, she then refused to call Cigna with me to confirm. I have no idea why she did this; it must have been either easier or more profitable. But it is extremely dishonest and amount to theft from her patients, in my opinion.

Dr. Mai really cares about her patients. She is very professional and provides exceptional dental care for me and my wife. She is extremely thorough and takes time to explain so there are no surprises. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Mai for two years. She's very friendly as well as the office staff. I went in for my regular check up but had chipped a tooth. She actually worked me into her schedule because she knew I had taken off work that day. Most offices just reschedule you without considering what it takes for you to get to your appointment.

I called the office on a Saturday due to my experiencing extreme molar pain. Surprisingly, office staff asked me to come to their office immediately. I am thankful that Dr. Mai was able to see me on such short notice and relieved my pain. Thank you so much for her and office staff understanding the urgency. At the recommend of a friend, we made appointments and our family traveled across town to see Dr. Mai last week. We are very satisfied with the visit. We really liked cleaning and check-up done by Dr. Mai herself, not by a dental hygienist. How awesome is that? I am certainly not used to have cleaning done by a dentist. Wow! She really made me feel important. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, pleasant, and friendly.
