Dr. Douglas Pohl, DDS

Dr Pohl has extensive knowledge in all facets of dental practice. I've had dentures for nearly 50 years. By far the dentures he made is the best I've ever had. They were made in preparation for adding a lower implant to my bottom plate which he expertly completed. After going through this complex procedure I'm now able to use new dentures and implant completely naturally is amazing! Dr Pohl 's assistants and front office where accommodating, warm, and professional in every respect. His demeanor is likewise warm and engaging and he takes time to listen and explains any observations and procedures respectfully in layman's terms.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Pohl. Very experienced dentist who really cares for his patients. His staff is also very nice and helpful. That was my first visit at his office but certainly not my last one.

Dr. Pohl filled in were the VA couldn't, It was a good experience and the staff cares about the patients being treated! Having extensive dental work done in Mesa, AZ it is to my benefit to find a Dentist to follow up and keep my teeth healthy, that's where Dr Pohl comes in as he makes sure to xray all the teeth looking for the start of a problem! The staff and Dr Pohl are overall great people! Friendly and courteous, Dr. Phol actually takes the time and treats you like a person not just a patient.

His hygienist, Amy, is outstanding. Lezlee, his secretary, is top notch. I can’t say enough about her. He, Dr. Phol, is too cheap to update his equipment, too cheap to even use business envelopes to send out bills, (you have to fold up the bill,and check) too cheap to make the handicapped bar in the bathroom useable (so far back that it is useless), etc. My husband and I have gone to him for over 2 decades. No more. He totally missed a FRACTURED ROOT on my tooth because he still uses old-school

Today was my first visit to Dr. Pohl's office and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received!!!! His staff was outstanding!! They were courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful from the time I entered the office. Dr. Pohl was exceptional!!! I was in and out of the office in no time and can't stop smiling!!!
