At first he might seem like he is getting on you but as you continue to see him he is great. He explains things more than any other dentist did. The whole staff is great

I didn't think Dr Otopalik was too bad. His hygienists are by far the best!! To the person who said Dr. Otopalik referred you to an "orthopedic surgeon"....are you stupid?!? An orthopedic surgeon performs hip replacements, knee replacements and orthopedic surgery.....perhaps you meant "ORAL SURGEON". Get a clue. And a brain, maybe they can refer you to someone who can help you with that. Plus, it's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know what surgeons are in network with your insurance, not them.

From the start Dr. Otopalik was very rude and condescending, telling me I needed to get over my dental anxiety. Well, that made it a lot worse of course. In the end, he wasn't patient enough to let the numbing agent "soak in" as my previous dentist did, and refused to finish the procedure because I wouldn't let him work on me while it was painful. I saw him leave two minutes later; guess he had something he had to do and doesn't care about his patients. I was completely numb five minutes after.

They do not check before performing procedures, that cost a lot of money, with your insurance to see if you Maximum has been reached even though your insurance would have covered it if procedure was one month later! They recommend you to orthopedic surgeons who will check to see if you are covered by there insurance but then charge you $50 for there appointment with them and I was not covered, waste of time. I was also charged multiple late fees even when I was on a payment plan for there bill.
