Quick and Caring
I have a special needs young adult and I enjoy going to Wild West because we never have a long wait and they take Saturday appointments. Dr Kerr has taken the time to clean his teeth himself and has been very empathetic.

Dr. Kerr was so nice and professional. He treated my child who scared at first but afterwards came out smiling. My son loves going to the dentist now.

He explained the procedure to us.He made sure the child understood what was going to be done as well. He allowed me in for the dental exam. During the treatment I was in the waiting room (as should be). After the procedure he came out and gabe me the details. All was.excellence. The 9 year old boy was no longer afraid of the dentist. He looks forward to his 6 month exams now.

Extremely confrontational yelled at us when he was confronted about his behavior, was verbally aggressive with our daughter; do not recommend him to anyone.

Hoping he has improved since my son went to him when Dr. Kerr worked in Payson, AZ. But based on my experience from 4-5 years ago I would not recommend him to anyone. I was not allowed in the room while my 3 year old got a filling on his front teeth. So I waited in the waiting room. When he came out he had caps on both front teeth. Huge white front caps that he had to live with for the next 3-4 years! Dr. Kerr never asked my permission to put caps on.
