As the son of one of Dr Prohovich's nursing home patients with dementia, I consider him to be an outstanding practitioner in a necessary and underappreciated area of care. He has proven himself to be an outstanding communicator. He is very careful about seeking the best feasible outcome, while setting expectations appropriately about the compromises with whatever vision of ideal care we might share. Dr. Prohovich has handled my mother's dental care with kindness and efficacy over a long period.
