I received several mandibular implants and bone grafts and am grateful people like him exist in the world. The results and experience are unparalleled.

I am a recent implant patient of Dr. Clem and both experiences (two implants) have been characterized by excellence, transparency, and extraordinary follow-through. From the initial consultation through post-op check-ins, both procedures were positive in every way. The office staff is professional, courteous, and helped navigate my insurance prior to any treatment so I was aware of costs in advance. Dr. Clem is a highly skilled periodontist and both implants were pain-free. He was accessible for any questions I had and I could not ask for a more kind, courteous, and professional team throughout my implant journey. They are top-notch and I can’t recommend Dr. Clem and his team enough for the incredible care and the great treatment I received!

We feel taken advantage of. Our family was given an estimate for dental work, had the procedure, paid about $4,500 out of pocket for the agreed upon price and now they are charging us almost $1,000 more than we agreed on! They should have gotten a pre-authorization for our dental insurance and let us know before the procedure if the cost was going to be different than their estimate! This is outrageously wrong. We have been getting dental and medical work for 30+ years and have never had this sort of thing happen to us before. Call the insurance company and update your customer before the procedure not 6 months after!

I would avoid Dr Clem and Regenerative Solutions. I was provided an estimate for dental work for about $4,400, I had the procedure, paid for everything and now 6 months later they are charging me almost $1,000 more than they quoted me! Apparently, my dental insurance covers basically nothing. They were supposed to call my insurance before the procedure, get a pre-authorization and let me know if my insurance wasn’t going to cover this. But they either called and didn’t update me or they failed to call at all. Now I am stuck with $1,000 bill that I did not agree to. At this point as much as I appreciate the great dental work they did I feel taken advantage of.

Dr. Clem and his office staff make a rather unpleasant situation rather pleasant. They are very professional, friendly, caring and accommodating. They treat you like an individual and not just another patient. I would recommend Dr. Clem without hesitation.
