Horrible experience with this dentist. He could see I was in pain. He kept working on my mouth until I grabbed his hand to make him stop and he looked so mad. He said don’t touch me and I said you stop right now. I was already crying in so much pain it was unreal for a dentist to know you are crying and still never use anything to make a patient comfortable is total cruel. Never again will I deal with him

Dr. Chaney and his team are always helpful and friendly. They make going to their office fun.

Had a couple filling done. They became painful and sensitive to hot/cold. No big deal, so I called to have them repaired. It took 3 weeks to get someone on the phone. Finally, when they did answer, I scheduled an appointment. Well, I called the day before to reschedule due to conflicts and the lady said well you weren't scheduled anyway so no need to cancel. So i said well you guys are something else. She responds with I don't know what to tell you and hung up. Here I am, bad fillings.

Dr Chaney became rude/agitated when the local numbing meds kept wearing off sooner than it should have and refused to complete a procedure that he started. He put a crown on my tooth WITHOUT properly completing the root canal. (Found out the procedure wasn't completed today when I saw a new dentist) xrays found part of a metal file imbedded in my root and told me that the crown was placed without the root canal being completed and there's a piece of metal in the root! $3040 to fix his mistake!!!
