This was our second and last visit. I would not recommend Great Expression. I understand COVID and most recent protocols as I work in the medical field as well. But to inform me to leave my twin 4 year olds in lobby and ask me to sit outside, is a no for me. Then to cancel one of their appointments WITHOUT discussing BEFORE doing so because he couldn’t handle being without a parent is beyond me. Then to call me and tell me that the SAME kid that didn’t go back MISSED his appointment. What kind of operation are y’all running!? It should be one adult per toddler. Period. A teenager, ok fine. A toddler!? Absolutely not. I canceled their next visit and we will be looking for another dentist.
