Very rude and unreasonable reception staff! They confirmed an appointment for us at one time and then when we arrived on time, they told us we had missed our appointment. We took the kids out of school as this was an important appointment. The person (Yahaira) in the front desk was unreasonable and lacking any empathy or consideration towards patients.
