I went to her for a broken tooth. She patiently explained everything to me, saying she would take the conservative approach and try to fill the tooth first, but it might need root canal therapy. The tooth ended up needing a root canal. Even though Dr. Pham does them, she recommended an endodontist to me who could give me medication to control the pain and my nerves. So Dr. Pham was doing the best for me, even at loss of business to herself. She also gave me a 10% senior discount on the exam.
