Dr chhabra did excellent extracting my tooth! No pain and it was quick! I didn’t even realize he was done!??????

The rating is only about the office staff. On a Friday I spoke directly with the dentist to ask if he does a certain procedure & was told to call Monday for a consult the same afternoon. Monday morning I called to ask if I could send the radiology report & procedure recommendation & have a phone consult. We decided I would send the reports & call the dentist at 1:00 & if I needed the consult I would then hop in the car & drive the hour. I called at 1 & was told he was in surgery & would call me at 1:30. By 2:00 I hadn't received a call so I called & spoke with a different staff. After telling her the reason for the call, in a RUDE TONE she insisted I had to come in, no one talks to the dentist by phone, & no report was received. When I repeated I just wanted to know, before driving an hour, if he will do the procedure, she said, "I'm going to hang up on you" & proceeded to do so. I resent the report with a note for the dentist, and no one returned my call.

Honestly, his facility was very unsanitary and questionable. I don't know how they are still functioning. This place needs to be inspected because it is clearly asking for for HELP. Dr. Chhabra charged my insurance for services that he did not provide and now I have to do allot of paperwork to appeal and calling. Yes, I went to his office for dental related issues but after seeing his office and making an appointment for oral surgery, I decided not to come back. He lied to my insurance saying he performed my oral surgery.
