Very personal and knowledgeable with his profession. Had been with Dr Bates for years and hated to see him go, but am comforted that his predecessor has the same demeanor and talent.

I was 8 months pregnant when I got a crack in my tooth. I didn't have a dentist and I had never been to one before. I called when they first opened and they scheduled me for an assessment within a couple of hours. When Dr. Williams saw me he gave me the option to fix my tooth that moment. He was awesome at numbing my gum with the needle. I didn't even feel it! He was very thorough. I highly recommend Dr Williams.
