Both my kids went to this orthodontist. My son had his bottom permanent broken retainer fixed once then when it broke again he was so over it we went to a different orthodontist to get the problem fixed. Not a week after, my daughter presented a broken bottom permanent retainer. Im very confused because I have had a bottom permanent retainer for over 20 yrs no issues

Dr. Graff and his team are in a class of their own. I experienced a problem with my upper retainer and I had my appointment yesterday with Chelsea who I will miss as she told me she's moving out of state. I'm happy that I had the honor of her working on my teeth for the past few years and her quality of work as she performed on my retainer yesterday. I can't speak for others, but for my own experiences. Whenever I go to Graff's, I'm treated like family. Dr. Graff came by to greet me and chat, as well as Dr Sanders. I'm amazed that Chelsea, Dr. Graff, and Dr. Sanders all remembered me as if it were just a week ago. No sugar coating, but, Dr. Graff's practice is hand down the best in it's field.

Office runs like a fine tuned machine. I was very impressed with the way the office staff and the doctors treated me from my very first visit. I highly recommend graff orthodontics without hesitation. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and they always call me by my name. I like that!

Dr. Graff and his staff were helpful & respectful through the whole process. They explained their procedures and worked with us to keep up with scheduled appointments for my son. The 2-hour drive for appointments every other month was worth it! Very professional & welcoming every visit!

I dont think u shud be waiting for 45min even though u came 15 min late from your appt time. If that was the case ladies yo front shud had told me to reschedule. I am a very busy parent and if I knew we were gonna wait 40 mins we could had left and came back another day.

Dr.Graff changed the way I saw myself, in the best way possible. I was always extremely self conscience about my smile and never really felt comfortable. The staff always used to tell me that I had a great smile and nothing to be ashamed of, even before the braces. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know. Even my younger sister is coming here for her braces (I’ll make sure of it!)
