Never had an appointment

I was unable to make it to my appointment in 2005. I had pre paid for my visit prior to my appointment. Imagine my shock when I received a letter from my employer stating that my $125 dollar bill was sent to collections without my knowning and that my check is being garnished for $1300. This bill was from 2005, it was a mistake, I could have assisted them in correcting this mistake had they reached out to me. I logged into civilcase files and see that they are trying to garnish my bank account as well. All for a cleaning appointment that was rescheduled due tothe weather.

He is kind and gentle and really cares about his patients. He makes sure you are comfortable before he does any work! His staff is the best and will get you in if you are in pain!
