Dentist wanted to remove mercury filling without a dental dam, no suction system for fumes, no air purification, no aftercare advice, such as charcoal to remove mercury from the body. Unsafe and unacceptable. Completely unprofessional!

Rude and Unprofessional Dentist
When I wanted alternative options for a root canal the doctor was rude and condescending stating I follow 'quack dentistry' from California. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Upon a second opinion from another local dentist, I've found my instincts to not move forward with the unnecessary treatments recommended to be correct. Absolutely would not recommend this place for dentistry.

Check Your Bills!
Dr. Winters tried charging us hundreds of extra dollars for treatment. Luckily, we caught it and they did remove it after several phone calls. I wonder how often they do this...

Very professional with the latest technology
Very knowledgeable dentist and office with latest technology. One of the few offices in Iowa that offers real laser dentistry. Very caring and professional staff.

Horrific. Beware. Very full of himself and tried to sell me some membership for cash. Very rude and just cares about money. Didn't want his membership, he assumed I was not wealthy then treated me like crap until he noticed my LV bag.. Very outdated office as well. He is also trying to sell laser hair removal. Certainly not qualified to do that. I will never go back.
