Dr. Dennis Stites, DDS

I went to Dr. Stites for several years. The past couple of years the quality of work is awful. They did a crown which was poorly done and had a large area that caused the crown not to sit correctly. They also overcharged for services. I called their billing service and left several messages that my EOB has the correct amount I ow but they were trying to charge more and wouldn't return my calls! The last time I went in I told them about a toot that hurt, they said nothing was wrong. I went to another dentist and the tooth was cracked and I ended up loosing the tooth because they didn't do anything.

I am an extremely anxious dental patient and Dr. Stores could not be more patient and kind! He is an outstanding Dentist! I have sent family and friends to him. He is professional, respectful, and he has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Stites is wonderful. I have been going to him for years, and he always remembers what we talked about before. He will talk through what he's doing, what options are, and what makes sense. I can't say enough good things about him.

One word-millennials. The work ethic and professionalism of the ‘staff’ was lacking severely. When asked to wear protective eye glasses, I had to request they be cleaned first with an alcohol wipe. While the young hygienist worked, she altnernated willingly between my mouth and the computer mouse-disgusting. I almost spoke out until a second young lady came in to assist with data entry whilst the hygienist continued her exam. I could go on for hours. Terrible!
