As with previous review, my first visit. easy to schedule appointment. had a cleaning that turned into infection.had to go to urgent care md and get prescribed antibiotics. while my insurance that he accepts is covered 100%, he tried to charge me and called it lab fees for work I needed. would not go back to this dentist and would not recommend. thought is was just me but after visiting and then seeing reviews seen this happened before.

My first visit. While making an appointment was easy, and taking me I time was good. I had a cleaning that turned into an a full blown infection 2 days later. I needed to see an MD and get prescribed antibiotics. Never had any mouth infections ever. I will never go back. I could only think about the instruments being used that were not sterile. Scary, dirty instruments in my mouth.

Dr. Gilman has a disgusting dingy office in Merrick. He does not know what he is doing and worst he charges you when you return to have his work corrected. And thats if he has time to squeeze you in as he jumps from one patient to another all in the same one hour session. The level of unprofessionalism here is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!!!
