Alarming experience
My 6-year-old son was left completely unattended for over 50 minutes on nitrous gas before I had to go look around and flag down one of the assistants to begin his procedure. No child should ever be left on nitrous that long - its an endangerment to the child. At the appointment before that, an assistant in training was allowed to come into our room alone and begin numbing my son's mouth ... I had to stop her because she was about to numb the incorrect side/quadrant because his chart had not been updated to reflect the change in scheduled procedures. They asked then almost demanded I stay in the waiting room while they take my son back for his work but luckily I trusted my motherly instincts and walked straight back with him each time. If a dental office insists on taking your child back alone, it’s a huge red flag. Never let your child go into a medical office without you. Since our experience, I’ve heard dozens of other horror stories from local moms about Duffy Dental.

When I refused X rays for my kids she got really mad and talked to me very rudely asking "Why to want your kids to have problems?" in front of my kids. I thinks as parents we deserve more respect in our choices for dental care since we are the ones paying for treatments. Also, cancer rate is going up in this country and dentists are partly responsible for that by exposing kids to frequent X rays.

My kids squeal with excitement when I tell them we are going to dr duffy's. With a playscape, a movie theatre, a video game room and tv's over every chair with a plethora of movies, they clearly cater to kids. But they also cater to parents with free fancy coffee, massage chairs while you wait and more. They are fantastic at handling my difficult kid without force and making it fun.
