Dean did a root canal on one of my molers. And didn't finish the job and then told me he needed to drill more teeth before he could finish my root canal. One he had taken a x-ray of my whole mouth to begin with and knew that I had other teeth that needed work. But didn't bother telling me that until he was half way done with my root canal and then said he couldn't proceed with the root canal that he started until he started on the other teeth. And I asked him why he didn't tell me to begin with.

I'm a new patient with Dr. Nichols. I went to him on the recommendation of my wife, who has been a long time patient. Shortly after my initial appt, I was hit with a bad toothache. Dr. Nichols got me in the same day (at 7:30 PM!), and got me out of pain with a temporary fix, until a root canal could be scheduled. I can't recommend Dr. Nichols and his incredible staff highly enough!
