I called for an appointment based on a referral from my general dentist. Dr. Taylor's staff contacted me on a Monday after I left a message on Friday about needing an appointment. The staff answered my questions and took my insurance information, and set me up with an appointment for the next day,. Despite getting me in quickly, after I arrived, things went downhill, in my opinion. After only a few minutes of questions and examination, and presumably without any of my prior dental records or h

Dr. Taylor performed a root canal on #30 for me. It was my first root canal. I went to advanced dental after for the crown and they said he did a nice job. I have experienced very little soreness since. I was expecting to be in more pain from what root canals were described to feel like. A really nice touch was a direct call from Dr. Taylor the next day asking about any discomfort.
