Dr Swain saw me for a dental emergency and evaluated me promptly and found an Endodontist to see me soon (vs two month wait) The office is accommodating and efficient.

I love this office. Exemplary care. Great staff all round, above and beyond during Covid for patient safety. Especially like how they never miss a detail. Follow up reminders, answers to questions, “ did you remember your pre procedure meds”. One of the few health care places that still has a human face in it.

I've been to many dentists over my life time and had many procedures preformed. Dr. Swain is the best and his staff is very friendly. I have no reason or desire to go to another dentist!

My appointment with Dr. Swaine as well Megan, the dental hygienist, was a pleasurable experience. I was warmly greeted when I entered the office by Amber. Megan performed an outstanding job checking and cleaning my teeth along with a polishing. Dr. Swain followed up with a check and gave me a clean bill of health. As always it is enjoyable to engage in conversation with Dr. Swain and staff who are very cordial and professional in their work.

Dr. Swain is an excellent dentist. He explains things well and is very thorough. His staff is friendly and meticulous—especially tech Sarah.

Dr. Swain is, by far, the best dentist in West Michigan. Between him and his staff you can't wish for a better experience. Him and his staff go to great lengths to consistently ensure your happiness. Dr. Swain is an artist with dentistry and has changed the landscape of my teeth without getting veneers or any work like that done. I cannot recommend him more. I've gotten numerous people in my life to switch to him and each person is very grateful for it.

I have been coming to Dr. Swain's office for a few years and absolutely love him and his work! Unfortunately this last time I was in Dr. Swain's office his helper made me so nervous with dropping things constantly I felt other people needed to know! With her smeared makeup, messy hair and bloodshot eyes she looked hungover. Not only did she appear hungover but she reeked of cigarettes with a hint of pot! Talking to family members that also go to this office have said the same things about her. Being allergic to cigarettes and having a super sensitive nose put me in a very uncomfortable position and will be finding a new office to go to. The rest of the staff and Dr. Swain-you are all amazing and I will miss you but I can't put myself through such an unprofessional experience again.

Dr. Swain did a root canal for me in 2013 and didn't have the proper equipment to locate all the canals that needed to be filled. The root canal failed causing pain and bone damage in my jaw. I called him to try and talk to him about helping to cover this re-treatment, cooperating with any demand he has to make sure i'm not lying, and he told me it wasn't his responsibility despite the fact that he didn't fully do the root canal in the first place and it failed in under 7 years. Do not trust this man to do your endo work, even if he says he can, he doesn't have the proper equipment or the sense of responsibility necessary of a dentist. Your mouth is a handful of change to him and he's going to fill his pockets, once you sign a liability waiver, while in pain, looking for relief.

Professional, competent, knowledgeable, sincere, have excellent rapport with the entire staff. They are truly a team.

Megan is an outstanding dental hygienist! I have way more plaque than I need and she has a gentle hand in removing it!
