I left work early to bring my boys to their routine cleanings and even received a text 2 hours prior to their appointments just as a reminder and see you then. We show up to be told they gave my kids appointments to someone else. They didnt even have the courtesy to call instead of wasting our time. We have never been a no show and only had to reschedule one appointment when my kids were in the hospital. Poor business practices.
