Dr. David Reeves, DDS

I'm so fearful of dentists; I am, highly, recommending Dr. Reeves for this type of dental care. To be out of excruciating pain, is unbelievable. The staff is professional, customer service is over the top from the beginning of your case to the end. the aftercare is also over 100%.

I was referred to Dr Reeves for my dental emergency. The office was very helpful in getting me in to see him asap. I was greeted at the door and directed to the counter to complete the paperwork. Everything was correct and ready to go. I was escorted to the treatment room by the kind assistant who made me feel at ease and answered my questions. Dr. Reeves explained what was needed and was very professional in completing the work. The whole office was very well run from the scheduler, to the financial consultant, to the assistant, to Dr. Reeves.

My dghtr was referred to Dr. Reeves for a rootcanal. Her dentist indicated on the referral that she had dental anxiety, I told the doctor about it in our consultation as well as calling the office the day before her treatment. Dr. Reeves came in to start the procedure (an hour after our scheduled time), my daughter began to cry. This man literally threw his hands in the air and said “I don’t do crying. At this point in my career I don’t need to deal with this and WALKED OUT! Unprofessional.

I had a friend recommend I cancel my appointment with another Endodontist and contact David Reeves. So I called and scheduled an appointment with him. Today while waiting in their lobby I noticed there was another doctors name listed for my appointment. When I inquired with the receptionist she told me Dr. Reeves was in surgery. You can imagine my frustration after driving over an hour to reach my appt. She offered to reschedule but why would I do that if they couldn't get it right!
