I went to Dr. Olivo’s office today after neglecting my teeth due to the pandemic. I deal with anxiety and the dental hygienist was incredibly warm and empathetic and actually talked me through my x-rays and helped me breathe so I wouldn’t have a panic attack. Dr. Olivo spent time with me explaining some issues with my teeth and my experience was truly second-to-none. In a world where patients are often just churned through the door, this office takes it time, does a thorough job and truly cares about meeting patient needs. Thank you!

As a new patient of Dr. Olivo’s practice I gave them two chances to get it right. The X-rays taken in October revealed two cavities. No one read the X-ray or contacted me. Today’s cleaning was mediocre at best. When I asked if Dr. Olivo would complete an oral exam, I was told I could schedule a separate appointment. What dentist does not complete a simple oral exam following a cleaning? I asked if Dr. Olivo read my X-rays… “oh, let me check… yes, it’s a good thing I checked! You have two cavities.” When asked why no one let me know, I was told the cavities are not a big concern. Very disappointed with both visits… time for a change.
