At my last cleaning the hygienist pricked my gums then informed me I had bleeding gums, “duh”!! I needed a front tooth crown repaired so I asked about an implant. I was told, by the “dental assistant” that I would have to have the four front teeth pulled and a bridge in order for it to be done properly. After being quoted $1000.00 for a temporary flipper if I went with one implant & $6000.00 for teeth extractions and a bridge, I told the Office Manager I’d like to get a second opinion. New den

Felt very uncomfortable about every experience here. I was told by a subsequent dentist that the work done here was likely unnecessary. Very shady feeling from financial aspect also. Would not recommend.

His office staff and assistants are great, but he (Dr. Long) gives me a weird creepy vibe. He has a really smarmy smile and is exceptionally condescending when he talks to me. He doesn't appear to listen very well and seemed irritated when I asked questions on the recommended treatment. Multiple (4+) visits to correct a singular problem that arose from work the Dr. performed... The most recent time, he gave up and literally said We're done here, I honestly have no idea what's wrong.
