The atmosphere was soothing, the fish tank, etc., and there were postings around to make the patient feel comfortable, not like you would experience in other dentists offices. After all, this is, supposedly, a holistic dentist. But, then, the girl who took my x-rays would say, whoops, shot that in the wrong direction, lets do another, and I was beginning to feel not very well cared for. The doctor and his assistant did spend a lot of time with me, which you don't usually experience with a regular dentist. However, at one point he rolled his eyes at me. He just couldn't understand the depth of my suffering. I would follow his recommendation, and then a visit back to him would be required. But, the woman on the phone could not make me an appointment. Essentially, they abandoned me. I was stuck with a half completed procedure and entered into a depression for many months, before I was able to seek the services of another dentist. This team was just not good enough for me.
