AVOID THIS EXTREMELY DISHONEST DENTAL OFFICE. I was quoted a price for my husband to come in and get X-rays and be given a Detailed Treatment Plan, as well as that they would find out what our dental insurance would cover. The office staff represented that they would see if the doctor could take with what our insurance would cover, or something close thereto, but It was apparent during my husband's visit that they never inform the doctor of this. Bait and switch!
Andrea even said as I was setting up the appointment and explaining our financial situation, that "At the very least, even if you need to go to another dentist, you'll have the x-rays, a treatment plan for comparison sake, and know what your insurance will pay."
Over the course of 9 weeks(!!!!) I left multiple unreturned voicemail messages following up to get the X-Rays and info... long story short they refuse to provide all that we paid for and were promised.
