On Thursday January 19th I came into your office for a root canal. I SAVED up $900.00 for this procedure. I informed you that I have PTSD and I'm claustrophobic hoping as a professional you would understand how to move forward with me. After about fifteen minutes I lost it. You shoved a block in my mouth, didn't explain anything. You were cold and made me very uncomfortable. I asked how long the procedure will take and you barked one hour and went back working. I said I couldn't do it. You ripped off your gloves told me get the tooth pulled and left me with your Assistant that had to calm me down in the chair and after collecting $300.00 in the waiting room before I could drive. January 21st I ended up in the emergency room in excruciating pain, my face swollen from an infection and my blood pressure thru the roof. I have been in pain ever since. I would absolutely recommend this office. I had a horrible root canal prior to visiting Dr Demarco. His staff is professional and he actually listened to me as his patient . Thank you for being gentle and efficient during the procedure.
