Horrible customer service. Twice now with this office I would call an leave repeated msgs over weeks an no calls back, twice now with this office. When u do get someone after weeks they just say sorry. Every 6 months the entire staff turns over, Except the dentist.....something's not right. never the same when u go back. Not the way you keep loyal customers!!!! Not recommended.

Many "clerical"errors that included rescheduling an appointment without telling me and numbing the wrong side of my mouth before a filling. No apologies offered. Areas of concern were not explained, just scheduled for follow up, until asked for more specific details. Filling broke within days, many fillings rough and uncomfortable. Seemed impatient and unwilling to take the time necessary for anesthesia to take effect. Rude to staff. I felt disrespected by some topics of conversation.

I agree that he always tries to find something w r ong. Have excellent dental health. No cavities ever(36 years old now). He has now tried to have me fill 19 cavities. I brush twice a day at least and floss daily. He absolutely pushes services on you that you do not need. He kept trying to get the hygienist to say something was off during my exam-but nothing was or ever has been.

Staff is very pushy and he tries to find areas that need to be worked on that don't need to be worked on that have been there for years and are fine.
