I am always waiting at least an half hour past my appt time to be seen. I'm writing this in the dentists chair right now. It's 4:34. I arrived at 315. My appt was for 330. I got in the room at 4. I am getting my permanent crown. Crown fit, and was x rayed by 410. It's been 25 minutes now I'm waiting for the dr since then. We'll now it's 440. Tell ya when the doctor comes in. It's 445. I've gotten out of the uncomfortable dentist chair. Dentist came 447 it's 454 I just walked out. Whole thing took like 10 minutes but I've been here an hour and 40 minutes.

First of all, her office is extremely well organized, everything has its place. The waiting area never looks cluttered, very calm and quiet environment. Employees are always working (no gabbing and talking and chit-chatting in the hallways, everyone is very focused and serious about what they are doing. Dr. Mody is very well aware of what is going on with every aspect of her business. They are very good with how the insurance plans work. They are efficient with scheduling appointments.
