Horrible Experience

At first, the office seemed friendly and attentive, but once I became a patient, it was a different story. I had dental work done earlier in the week, and by the end of the week, I was in pain. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, they didn’t return my calls, even after I was promised a call back through the emergency line. I went to the office in person, and they told me to call to schedule an appointment. When I was finally seen, I was belittled and treated like my pain was all in my head. The staff made me feel like a child. It’s frustrating to feel like just a number, especially when you’re in pain. I won’t be returning or recommending this office based on my experience.

Two fillings have fallen out. One crown has broken. You can tell my partial needs replaced just by looking at it, but she won't replace it because "that will be a mess."
