I visited Dr. Skaggs for my annual dental exam. As someone who dreads her annual visit to the dentist I was very anxious about just a simple teeth cleaning. However, Dr. Skaggs was friendly, informative, gentle (no pain during exam cleaning) and had a positive attitude throughout my visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs anything from a simple teeth cleaning to major dental work.

I had mostly good experiences as far as courteous staff, great bedside manner, and concern for my comfort. Unfortunately, I was also talked into procedures I didn't want, plus a 5 tooth bridge turned into a 6tooth bridge without my consent or knowledge until after he'd already prepared the teeth by grinding the extra one down and I saw the temporary being fitted. When you're numb, you can't tell what's going on til it's too late. That extra 500 bucks hurt. I will never go back.
