Dr. Greenwood is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and gentle in his approach. I haven't been to the dentist in years and needed a lot of work done. All the team members of the office are so nice and welcoming. It was easy for me to schedule all my appointments. I would recommend Dr. Greenwood to anyone who needs a good dentist.

No time spent waiting, courteous and friendly treatment by Dr. Greenwood and his staff. I had a crown pop off and he was able to get me in the same day I called. Excellent thorough care.

I had a long history with Dr. Greenwood and even followed him from his office in Garfield Heights to Sagamore Hills. His bedside manner, friendliness, professionalism, expertise, and grace is unmatched. He takes his time to explain things to you and he puts you at ease in his care. Had I not gotten so behind in my outstanding bill with his practice and had to bow out and stop seeing him (out of embarrassment), I would still be coming to his practice today. Exceptional service.

Dr. Greenwood has been my dentist since my childhood dentist retired! He now treats my 4 children. He was unbelievable when my oldest son had an injury and required emergency treatment-coming in on Easter Saturday to help us! As a nurse, I respect medical professionals who are not afraid to refer to specialists. When my daughter was 4 and required caps, she was having a hard time. He referred us to a sedation dentist so that she would not be afraid to see him again! He's the best!
