Dr. Daniela Naylor, DDS

Dr. Naylor failed to correctly prioritize the dental work I needed, which will ultimately result in me losing one or more molars. I asked to discuss my “procedure plan” with Dr. Naylor during my 4th paid appointment in less than 4 months, but she told the hygienist to tell me no. Not unless I agree to pay additional fees above and beyond the periodontal maintenance I was there for. I wanted 60 seconds of her time mind you and I explained I had growing concerns about delaying certain work until the new year. In other words, I wanted to question the validity of her advice to that point and she didn’t have time for that even though I was sitting in one of her chairs. Dr. Naylor opted to send in her office manager - who is not a licensed dentist to advise me. I left thinking I must be overreacting because my dentist certainly wasn’t concerned. That lack of care has resulted in permanent, irrevocable loss. I will never return to The Tooth Place.
