Unfortunately I would not recommend Dr. Varallo for any orthodontic services. After nearly 2 years and well over $6000, I am now having to redo treatment with another orthodontist. My midline, crossbite, and symmetry weren’t correct and an attempt wasn’t even made. Dr. Varallo has never even reached out after I let his office know that not only was I unhappy, my issues weren’t even touched. Terrible customer service.

We are very happy with Dr. Varallo. He is very thorough, and he seems to take great pride in the work that he does. His office staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. The communication there is excellent so you can always understand what's going on with your child's treatment. I feel we made an excellent choice by choosing Dr. Varallo.

Everything was superb! From the staff to the treatments to Dr. Varallo himself. The offices were well appointed and clean. The staff was courteous and always helpful. And Dr. Varallo was always patient, on time and thorough. And such a pleasant person to deal with! I don't think we could have had a better experience anywhere. I would refer him in heartbeat.
