Dr. Daniel Surh, DMD

We visited this dentist when it was new to Chico the Website claims this is a dentist for all ages so I took my 5 year old to be seen and during the appointment she became anxious and scared. I ended up laying on the exam chair with my little one on me in efforts to comfort her which was fine. What wasn’t acceptable was when Staff became annoyed and Dr Surh proceeded to say “stop crying because it’s gonna happen wether you want it to or not” to my then 5 year old. After this visit we did not return and found an amazing pediatric dentist in Chico with the patience needed for a successful, happy and positive experience kids need with the dentist. Although at the end of the visit my little one did get a bag of goodies which was the only positive experience.
