I've been going to Dr. Dan for the past 8 years, and have had only great experiences. My daughter (7) had an appointment 2 weeks ago and found out she needed a few cavities filled. She's always loved going to McKinnon Dental, and was excited to go back in today. I was nervous, as it was her first filling/cavity, and thought for sure there'd be tears at some point. NONE! Been there for years but he has caused many people a lot of pain. Doesn't explain things, sees multiple people at the same time as you (therefore is very rushed), his sterilization is not very good. Just one spray and his drill is ready to drill into the next persons jaw. Hence why many people have had infection from him. If you ask him he denys everything. Has a very big head! He knows EVERYTHING and can prove his mistake is someone elses fault even though it was his.

He's very nice when you first meet him but don't be fooled he is a lying crook. He will pretend he cares, but he sees people at the same time as you, he will manipulate you into thinking he's an honest man but he will actually do more damage so you need more work done and he gets money. Tried to post on his website a review and found out they only accept higher reviews they do not accept any low reviews! Be warned!

Great guy, my family lives him but he does not explain anything, does not go over options, does not answer questions and you leave with way more problems than you started with.

Great dental care. Staff turn over is a big issue, never see the same faces or talk to the same people because they are no longer employed there. VERY POOR billing department The dentists wife Billing issues are not taken care of in timely manor.
