Dr. Daniel Gindi, DMD

Very good dentist, however, he dropped our insurance with no notification. Although they gave us a one-time courtesy visit—with a different dentist, which was also not communicated to us prior to the visit (we expected to see Dr. Gindi), it would have been nice to know before or even at the appointment. We left that appointment and they said they would “submit it to insurance.” About a month and a half later I received a call from the office informing us that Dr. Gindi no longer accepted our insurance and they gave us a one-time courtesy visit. They also informed us we would be receiving checks from our insurance company with the covered amount, as well as a bill from them for that amount. No out of pocket expense to us; however, the communication was non-existent even though the decision to drop our insurance was made months prior. I would have spent that time and insurance finding a new dentist. Now hoping the work the other dentist did is good and does not need to be re-done.
